Cantaloupe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 - 2 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1 - 2 cups ice, titrate to desired thickness

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).

Serve cold.
