Servings: 4 - 6
3 tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick (core removed)
1 pound piece of whole mozzarella, sliced as thin as possible
Salt and pepper
1. On a plate, arrange a slice of tomato, then a slice of mozzarella, followed by a few basil leaves on top in stacks. Repeat.
2. Drizzle each stack with olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve cold or room temperature.
