Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup parsley, chopped, with some stems included
4 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, garlic, salt, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and cumin. Start to process and slowly add in olive oil. Continue processing until there are no large chunks of garlic. Taste and season with more salt and/or cayenne pepper if desired.
