Servings: 1 loaf
1 fresh French baguette or Italian loaf of bread
1 stick salted butter, room temperature
4 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 400˚
2. Slice bread roll in half lengthwise.
3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley,
olive oil and parmesan cheese until well combined.
4. Liberally spread garlic butter mixture on each half of bread.
5. Bake bread for 10-14 minutes or until bread is crisp and top is golden brown*
6. Slice bread and serve!
*For a browner, crispier top, turn your broiler on for 1-2 minutes. But watch carefully so your bread doesn't burn!!
